If you’ve ever thought about using a source in your writing, but decided against it because you were unsure how you would cite it, don’t worry!
The Modern Language Association (MLA) recently updated its citation style guide, which has caused quite a stir in the academic community. In order to help demonstrate the changes and how they reflect some of the new types of resources researchers will cite in their work, EasyBib has decided to show us how easy it is to cite Pokemon GO using the new MLA standard.
Of course, you might not want to incorporate Pokemon GO in any of your projects or research, but there might be other apps you’ve been wanting to talk about in an academic setting.
Using MLA’s new citation style, it’s easier than ever to start citing the most obscure sources you can think of. RDC Library has an MLA citation guide to help you along the way and…if you have any trouble, RDC library staff are always happy to help you find the best way to cite your sources.
Can you stump us with a strange resource to cite?
