“I appreciate the staffs working at the library but i hope they consider chatting at a very minimal voice. this happens many times you can hear them talking :( “

We apologize for this and thank you for reminding us to use our “inside voices” at work. We will remind all our staff of this.

If this is an issue in the future, please feel comfortable to approach the staff at the time this is happening and speak to them directly. Correcting behaviour in the moment is very effective, and our staff would welcome the feedback.
